As of June 2025, Chef Patrick is thrilled to be running the food and beverage operations at Buck’s Lodge—a dream over a decade in the making.

Meet Chef Patrick

Patrick grew up just outside of Restoule, between Barton Lake and McQuaby Lake. After graduating from culinary school in 1989, his career took him across Ontario—from Blue Mountain Resorts to Georgian College and several of the province’s top private clubs. His focus: upscale dining, weddings, and heartfelt hospitality.
